Even in the stifling heat of August, Palm Springs, despite its smack-dab-in-the-middle-of-the-desert location, is a fantastic little place. It has lots of charm and character and, even better, wind farms! I was at a bachelorette party Saturday and Sunday, and we spent most of our time swimming and sunning and kind of playing pool volleyball. Great times! Happy Friday, everyone! I’m headed to Palm Springs this weekend and I’m pretty excited—it’s going to be a lot of time in the sun, reading magazines and hanging out by the pool with friends. I’ll be sure to take some pics of the weekend, plus, I hope I’ll get in some time to snap some peaceful desert landscape photos.

She created amazing pieces that seemed to take her 2013 collection—which had a “desert gypsies outlaw” theme—to a new level, with inspired prints and fabulously bright colors.
